Small Roof Repair

Changed flashing and repaired roof on an addition on a duplex.

Removed weeds from interlocking brick and applied polymeric sand to help prevent future growth.

Preparation of the bedroom before painting. Finished room after priming, painting, and cleaning room.

Installation of new exterior lights.

Constructed a bathroom in a garage (with pre-existing plumbing & electrical).

Replaced old floor boards and stairs with composite material.
